For me, the simplest workaround was to just install Proxmox 7.1-2 first, then upgrade both proxmox and the kernel to 6.2. The tricky part is to find a mirror that still have this old iso file: "proxmox-ve_7.1-2.iso" mirror - Google Search

I'm considering to add a M2 Wifi card, but just saw on the STH article that the AX210 would not work. Any idea why, and if this could be workarounded ? I'm planning to have an OpenWRT instance dedicated to the Wifi card using passthrough.

I have the same impression with OPNsense on proxmox, with VM CPU type set as host for the i3 1215u. AES is activated properly, but "dmesg | grep QAT" remains empty. Maybe something to tweak in the BIOS ?

I'm using a standard M2 WD BLUE 570 1TB , maybe not optimised for heavy sequential writes, but I won't use more than 15 % of the total volume, and 600 TBW looks more than enough for what I plan for this box.

At the end, I added the same fan setup :) I had CPU temp at 45°C-50°C with low usage, I want to cool it a bit and the fan here is really really quiet. I observe a constant IO delay at 1.6 % on Proxmox. It's not that bad, but not so good either. What could be the root cause of that ?

I just received my i3 1215u box today from the Topton Ali Store. It's exactly the CWWK model, even the logo in the BIOS is the CWWK logo, and BIOS version is the same as fta box. I used a pair of DDR4 3200 Crucial Sodim (Ref CT16G4SFRA32A) and a 1TB SN570 NVMe drive and start to play with it...
