We have see high failure rates on Samsung DIMMs lately. I'd strongly recommend testing these on arrival.

Early firmware was glitchy. Make sure you can (and do) update it.

Pcie x16 shown, but, list price doesn't seem to align with 100gb. No mfg PN shown either...

All S4x10 drives are after q1 2018. I do not know of similar issues on the refresh drives.

Intel youngsville drives had huge firmware issues that didn't get mostly resolved until the end of q1 2018. I wouldn't use these for critical data, even raided against another youngsville drive.

At IBM we sometimes used red PCBs for SDV cards (long before production - not final hardware). If it's equivalent, I'd avoid it.

These appear to be Self Encrypting Drives - they state SED. If you have a way to use it, it's probably worh the extra $9

They may be from another company, like Quanta or Compal. Does Dell usually use Aspeed BMCs?

Bought, damaged box with incorrect power cord (C5 (mickey mouse) vs C13). Everything else looked brand new. Working great with a Noctua fan. The switch did issue an error with the resistor on the fan, so, had to remove it.
