Super Flower Leadex Titanium 1600W 80+ Titanium for $213.92 on Amzaon

I canceled my order for this power supply and am going with the Leadex VII XG 1000W. It's "only" 80 plus gold, but it has better excursion (brief over power limit events) handling which is better suited for the combo of 4090 and AMD 9900X that is planned for it. The 1600W titanium is...

Super Flower Leadex Titanium 1600W 80+ Titanium for $213.92 on Amzaon

I was just looking at buying the 1200W platinum version of the leadex for $200, this is a no brainer for me. Thanks! Edit: I may have jumped the gun on this one. This design is almost a decade old and is not ATX 3 or PCIe 5 compliant. In particular, hold-up time and transient excursion...

WTB: m.2 to u.2 adapter, prefer the optane pack-in

I'm looking to buy up to 3 m.2 to u.2 adapters. I'm specifically looking for the versions that were included with the retail optane 905p drives because of the direction and total height of the cables coming out of the m.2 part. Most of the 3rd party adapters I have been able to find either...

    Intel Optane 905P 1.5TB on sale $299

Mine came in blister pack only. No box, no m.2 adapter cable. Not a big deal, but a box is pictured, and these came retail with an adapter that I was planning on using.

    Intel Optane 905P 1.5TB on sale $299

Wendell from Level1Techs gives a pretty decent overview of why to like Optane in desktops here. Unless you're chasing that last little bit of latency and responsiveness, a good modern drive will be close. There are even scenarios where the faster linear reads will be more beneficial than the...

    Intel Optane 905P 1.5TB on sale $299

The one you originally linked is the exact one I use in my primary desktop for my current 960GB 905P

    Intel Optane 905P 1.5TB on sale $299

Yeah, that's why I bought it. Still feels weird, though. I have optane boot devices on nearly everything I can. I've bought an embarrassing amount of the 118GB m.2 drives.

    Intel Optane 905P 1.5TB on sale $299

It feels weird buying an expensive pcie 3.0 drive in 2024, but here I am.

Send me one and I'll let you know ;) Yes, the codes are still good, I've heard of the star citizen whales paying upwards of $3k for these sealed. Kinda nuts. I paid around $40 (for Star Citizen, not this product) back in 2012 and still haven't received my money's worth because it's so buggy...

    2x 14TB SAS + LSI 9361-8i and 2x cables 149 USD

It was just listed as a SAS3 to SAS3 cable. I don't think there was any mention of connector, just pictures, which were accurate.

    2x 14TB SAS + LSI 9361-8i and 2x cables 149 USD

Just wanted to give some kudos. This seller called me this week to check on the cables that were sent with the drives and card. Said they included the incorrect ones (said they were external). I told him I got what was pictured, and they are what I would have wanted because I'm using...

You're good. My admittedly limited understanding is the grown defect list can include other things than reallocated sectors, and can possibly group reallocated sectors into one defect. Either way, you're golden.
