FAN-0064L4 (Delta) is spec'd at 53 dBA max and the FAN-0100L4 (Nidec) at 34 dBA max. So, I'd expect the two Nidec fans to peak ~ 37 dBA under load. In my opinion, that's still distracting when it's on a bench next to you. But, as previously mentioned, it's fine for a closet.
I did the same thing and it worked well. But, these were sitting on the desk in the shop - Still too loud under load.
It's in a 1U enclosure. I have tried 40mm Noctua fans in SCE300 enclosures - More for curiosity. That configuration managed ~ 25 Watts before running away under load. It works...
