Posts delayed?

Hi, I more and more have these issues that being notified via email that someone left a comment in a thread, but I can not see the comment in the actual thread. Sometimes the comment is delayed up to 2-3 hours and sometimes I never see the comment.

The poster of the comment probably deleted the comment, the "problem"/"issue" was still there so the poster posted the same comment later again

Sometimes new users comments are held for moderation automatically by the system too.
Sometimes they are spam and deleted.
Sometimes they are approved and then visible.

I'm unsure if you should get an email before these are approved... but maybe.
