Looking to build my first homelab . I am looking at a HP Z440 Workstation E5-2699 V3 64GB DDR4 1TB SSD. I plan on using proxmox. I want to use opnsense,TrueNAS and add additional drives for storage and vm's,containers etc. What are my best options for network cards? I wanted at least a dual 2.5gb card or a dual 10gb that can do 2.5gb also . would prefer intel chipset for better compatibility with everything . Can anyone recommend my best options and give model numbers . I am looking to order the server and parts soon .
