What I am going to do, is get it to work with 13.04 Mini.iso - No packages installed by default..basically kernel + Grub. If it works there, it should always work. Thats what I did on CentOS, and why it has a longer install/update process.Give it a few days for 13.10 to come out Seriously though, since I have been getting a lot of "rarer" hardware, it helps to have a single-step OS installation process.
Also - please do not underestimate how long it takes to install Ubuntu with an Atom S1260. As one may have seen in the main site post yesterday, the C2750 feels like a normal processor while the S1260 is rather slow.
This way it should work no matter how someone may have installed or messed with their Repos.
