Any alternative drivers for Nvidia?

Hello, as I know, for amd on Windows there are alternative drivers(especially for old GPUs) can be found here R.ID - AMD 3rd Party Drivers
Are there any variants for Nvidia GPUs?

AMD releases documentation for their GPUs so any drivers for NVIDIA on Windows would have to be reverse engineered.

It's for Linux. And very bad in many cases. With Kepler and Maxwell, it can't in linux change the memory speed. So, GPU die works on normal speed, memory - on it's minimum.
