Bad questions, doubtful answers, no helpful conclusions.

If the question would be if the ZFS rambased read/write caches are superiour with a lot if RAM compared to what is usual on Linux or Windows or if sync write on a normal raid array is slower than the ZFS way with a dedicated and specialized Slog for write logging, the answer would be correct: ZFS is superiour.

If the question would be if an mdadm raid on ext4 is faster with less RAM the answer would also be ext4/mdadm is faster. Security comes with a price,

ZFS vs Raid is the wrong question and gives an answer without any sense.
