Xpenology?

Anyone know if you can install Xpenology on the Netgear ReadyNas 2304 https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-ReadyNAS-Rackmount-Ethernet-Diskless/dp/B071W8DLMR
It has a dual core celeron but maybe Netgear locks it down.....

Maybe that's good for using Netgear's OS. You've gotta deal with things like how to put an OS drive on and if they've screwed with uefi settings. Best to use it as-is.

Now... for $400 that's a nice 4-bay rackmount NAS.

I am looking for a 4 x 3.5 short depth NAS and I want to run Xpenology and this looks nice for the price vs building own. Some googling only finds discussions about replacing the ReadyNAS OS in much older models. I was hoping someone might have tried or have one. I suspect it is locked down.
