I read a alot about Xeon reviews but after such read, i'm getting lost ....
Indeed, i was thinking about new Xeon E3 "as newer is better"...
But, when i see that i can get couples of W5580 (for examples) at good prices, i don't manage to make a choice :
Without considering the price, does it still make sense ? Does anyone have to cacth the deal (Previous Xeon models are very low price considering retail prices) ?
Indeed, if these Xeon are still at 1000$+ prices, i suppose there's a reason... i suppose...
My goal : make the best performance/price bargain...
I read that even Patrick was hesitation advicing, in a comment, a Dual Westmere setup or a UP Xeon E3 setup...
By the way, these Ebay deals are often based on ES CPU : can anyone write a feedback on this concern ?
Never bought an ES CPU beforce...
Thank you
