Xeon L5645?

Are the L5645 Xeon extremely rare or it just so happens none are available right now? Has anyone got there hands on one?

It's extremly rare as this cpu was released shortly before the sandy bridge based cpus were released.

I never knew it existed until I saw this post, L5640 of course should be very plentiful as it was used extensively.
Just a big slower but otherwise same right ?
