Yea, this is a really nice deal. The 1U riser you sometimes have to buy if you get some cases and it runs in the $15 range also.

The ebay one is awesome. The processors alone sell for $140-150. I'm half considering BO'ing it at that, selling off the processor and having a free motherboard/ heatsink/ riser.
