maybe i need to downgrade also the firmware ?
downgrade of BMC firmware can brick the board.
if you do that, you have to downgrade step by step all versions(this may others than reported below)
link
Current downgrade process >> will crash BMC
Downgrade : should from 3.60 >> 3.51 >> 3.27
Down grade process including BIOS >> Checked by Lab and worked.

no i meant the BMC firmware version to the destination version you want to flash, SM says you can not flash to the lower version if there are more version between.

so the mainboard now works perfectly, downgrading from BIOS 3.4 and Firmware 01.73.05
to bios 2.1 and Firmware 01.62 DIRECTLY worked without any issue.

MY ISSUE was incredible, the mainboard refused to go into SETUP even press DEL at start-up becouse of external VGA enabled was blocking that.

ONCE i removed the PCI-e VGA and set the jumper on mainboard to use the internal VGA, the mainboard allower me to enter BIOS.

thank you to RolloZ170 for precious support, GOD bless you, and i hope that i help some other users as well with this little report.

Gianni.
