X10SDV-4C-tlnf2 10gb NIC no light

Hello

I have a X10SDV-4C-tlnf2 with the 2x 10GB NIC and no LED or link on both ports

same cable works fine on BMC port and on another X10sdv,

BIOS & MNC in latest version
BIOS reset

NIC are detected into OS but of course no connexion
