Damn, X710-DA2's but you're in the US and they don't include LP brackets :skull:

Actually I fished around a spare parts drawer and found some matching low profile brackets that work with the X710-DA2s. Let me know if you are interested, though I would have to quote you what the extra shipping to Europe would be (assuming your NL in username stands for Netherlands)

I don't know if there's anything special about those SODIMMs other than a 'matched' set or inclusion in some qualified list. Current US eBay BIN prices are around $150 per 32GB ECC module. Some recent auctions have ended below $100 with shipping.

Just got a pair of Innodisk M4D0-BGS2Q5IK for $164 with shipping. There was an active '12% off' seller coupon. I didn't want to risk waiting for best offer. Received and tested.

I have some X710-DA2s also with low profile, in Europe (Denmark), but to be honest I'm not really meaning to sell them.

It's (relatively) a lot of work for the Price you or other People probably are willing to pay, so not really worth for me (IMHO).

I think you are too focused on the Bracket though. You can buy a Low Profile bracket and while it's gotten more expensive (and will soon be even more due to 3 EUR Fee for small Packages from China due to the Decisions taken by the EU Bureaucrats), it's still relatively cheap:

For Example (no Endorsement for these specific Sellers):

It's also important to know why you are so focused on this specific NIC. I assume it's thanks to its ASPM Support. I don't plan on making you reconsider, but did you check that everything else in your System properly supports ASPM, if that is the Reason for which you want this NIC ? No weird PCIe-to-PCI Bridge ? No SAS Controller ? No buggy BIOS (FADT Error) ? I went down the Rabbit Hole with a System, but in the End, no matter what I did, it wouldn't work  :
