Check my FS thread. I have a few of the parts.

I have all of those items (I didn't list the adapter cable/brackets in my postings, but I do have both tall and short doubles) except that I may only have 1x 2M SFF-8088 cable remaining, but I have plenty of 1M ones, and maybe some 1.2 right/left angle as well.

PM me if you haven't found what you need from other folks, and I'll go through my extra cables to see if I have 2x 2M left.
