I think bitdeals.tech has had some HGST SAS units knocking about for awhile. There was a STH coupon code for them awhile back for some extra bucks off list. Maybe the discount still works?

Bitdeals.tech had a warehouse fire. - is being discussed here at another site. They appear to be back online now.

The bay has HGST 100GB SAS2 SLC drives in the 25-35 range, T_Minus had HGST 200GB SAS2 SLC drives dunno if there's more. You can find HGST 400GB MM drives in the 40-60 range on the bay as well.

I have some 200GB left and some 400GB and I may even have 1 or 2 100GB ;D

I also have some FusionIO2 pcie 356gb which would be my chocie for cache over the HGST SLC SAS2 SSD.
