i think those are pretty hard to come by... your best bet might be to email Supermicro RMA department and see if they can arrange to send you some.
They are also included in MCP-240-82506-0N iirc if you can't get them at all. Not cheap that way but ...
Edit: This is the SM Part number I have been sent when I was trying to get a rear panel for a UIO case; the delivery actually contained the whole backpart of a chassis (similar to sc847 upper caddy and thus also included the standoffs).

Seller is in Israel and is literally the only one I could find. Was hoping someone had some laying around
