Hi,
has anyone got a Dual LGA 2011 board for sale (maybe with memory)?

Also I am looking for two XEON V3. Idealy with 12 cores or more (E5-2678 V3, E5-2680 V3,...=

Regards :)

Well x99 was the desktop variant of the 2011-3' server chipsets c612 - I dont think it was intended for Dual Socket operations at all. So unless somebody exactly has this board (or one as special) you might come up short.

Its probably easier to just look for any dual socket 2011-3 board and concentrate on the features you need/want.

Whats your intended use case? Overclocked game box? Or actual "server duties" ?

That is good to know, thank you.

Its for a simulation workstation. Other than two PCIE x16 slots I am not really picky.

Well I got two boards (both with minor quirks), but only a single v3 cpu - and thats a 2658v3. I could offer a pair of 2640 v4 (qs) though if you're interested. Also got some spare memory.

X99 is a word for marketing. The chips in the cards are the same. All of these cards using C602 server chipset like Asus. But I'm looking for Asrock Dual Socket DDR3 version. Because ddr4 rams're very expensive. The chinese double socket cards are all ddr4. Some single socket versions have DDR3 variant but it is very limiting computing horsepower.

I am good for memory and board, but still looking for those two CPUS.

Anything starting from E5-2670 V3 is interesting to me :)
