i've seen them flying around for 250$, shipped by juniper cpo (there certified pre owned offers). The problem ist the high shiping and custom fee when importing it to germany from the outisde of the EU.

Budget depends on model (24 or 48 ports) and overall condition. i would say 200-400€ should be fine

You may want to check ebay UK. There's a seller (i haven't purchased from him in the past so can't say how good it is, but votes are good) selling the EX3300-24P for 250GBP + shipping (at around 16GBP to most of Europe). I'd say considering this is the PoE version, this is indeed a great deal, and according to the seller, this item is brand new and he has a few available.

I've found a ex3300-24t for 210€ (~220$) including shipping from a german company with 3 years of warranty. so i've found what i was looking for

Ace. Yeah, the non-poe version should be considerably cheaper.
