More than likely if they are coming direct from china as 'new' they are going to be fakes that have been run off the same assembly line, and that means probably no qa process or worse corners cut on materials such as solder, ic's, etc.
I already have this on my wishlist, along with the one fohdeesha linked, but neither are sold directly to EU, and I cannot find this cable on EU.
I am interested in to know what the market price for a used device is at the moment in Europe.
I've been looking for this model state side and it's hard to come by for sure. Can pretty much find almost any other combination of ports without PoE or with PoE but different models but can never seem to find this exact one for a reasonable price. There are several on ebay but they are in the hundreds of dollars which to me is unreasonable.
