Long shot I know but I'm looking for a dell MD3200 series Disk shelf that has the iscsi management controllers. 24 bay 2.5" would be prefered but I'll take the 12 bay 3.5".

not looking to break the bank here, prefer US shipping in lower 48.

This is less than I usually see them selling at. A single MD32 controller still sells for about $300.

But even at this price I do not think it is a good value. Unless you have very specific requirements.

You would be surprised how many times I have heard something like "oh I just wanted my storage to match the looks of my existing Dell server" after asking for more details.

Still a specific requirement if that's what someone wants. :D

if that's a real demand, spend $150 on an MD1200 and connect it to a dell with an LSI card in it lmao. congrats, you have dell compellent storage setup

I bought the one linked in homelabsales. It was $600 plus shipping, it has a single ISCSI controller and is 3.5" drives which I apparently have a metric truck ton. I wanted the 3200I because I have 3 Md1200's that I want to daisy chain together to hold the final link in my 3-2-1 backup array. If it weren't for the fact I have these other shelves I would've gone a different route.

I can always buy another ISCSI controller if I need a secondary one.

@BeTeP If I didn't plunk down $600 for the other one that would've been my next option.

Thanks everyone for pointing these links out!
