PURCHASED, 1 - Dual CPU LGA 2011 V3 Motherboard with I/O Shield, E-ATX, ATX, M-ATX will fit my case, must have IPMI, 2 PCIe 3 x 8 slots, anything else is a bonus. Nothing with proprietary plugs/risers unless they come with it or are easily sourced.

PURCHASED, 2 - 4U active heatsinks

PURCHASED, DDR4 ECC 2133/2400 Ram for board, 16G/32G sticks so I can buy some now and buy more later depending on price. I would like to start with 64G/128G.
