Hello All,

I am looking for 8 sticks of 32GB ECC for my E5-2697v4 CPU and pending SuperMicro motherboard (X10SRi or X10DRU-I+). I see some people find DDR4 for $2 per GB, but usually goes for $75 to $90 with 32GB DDR-2400 ECC sticks I am seeing. Please let me know if you see any great deals or have anything. ...@Kapone I see you are still master of finding great deals, so I offer the usual comission if you get me anything close to your usual finds;).

EDIT: I am also looking for a shallow 1U supermicro case like 510T-200B or SC504-203B. This is for a pFsense home build, so ports on the back are best.

Happy Holidays :)

@Rand, you are not missing much. I was joking with Kapone in other thread about the fantastic deals he finds, and offering him a commission to cut me in.

Also looking for a shallow 1U supermicro case like 510T-200B or SC504-203B for my pair of A1SRi-2758F motherboards. Let me know if you have 1 or 2.

Looks like DDR4 prices are going up, even for lower speeds. I was expecting to find something around $75 in 8 stick bulk purchase, but I missed the last couple sales. What are considered lowest prices for purchasing second hand 32GB DDR-2400 or 2666 ECC sticks now a days?

Check on reddit ( r/homelabsales )
Price is usually $80-90 per 32GB DDR4-2400.
Thank You for the suggestion! I have been checking "r/homelabsales" sporadically, but I seem to miss the good deals. I will keep looking and hope demand slows down for older server memory, after covid subsides and summer approaches. Or wealthier home lab folks fill up their needs;).

You could make a wanted post too. You do not have to wait for folks to post sales.

I sold my nas by responding to a wanted post.
