@SRussell Price can anything from 99 cents to $100 million, everything is up for negotiation.

No price is required unless trading.

looking for a good price for decent ssds, (mix use) sas\sata

international shipping or us shipping

and double quantity for 2tb is also an option (price must be good)
I have 24 x HGST Ultrastar 7K4000 4TB SATA that I am migrating off of. Where's your US shipping address?

Your best bet will be to find a Value Added Reseller and go from there. If you need write intensive drives for SATA you are left with the 3.84TB Micron 5300 MAX that just launched. For SAS there are only 2 options I can think of HGST/WD & Seagate. Problem with SAS is the drives are extremely expensive. If you can go NVMe instead of SAS that would be the best bet as there are a lot of 3.2TB or larger NVMe drives that have high write endurance.

nvme supported chassis in 1u with 8-10 ssds are relatively expensive
Depends on the vendor you are using. I can tell you from person experience that if you go SuperMicro with the Epyc CPU you can get a 1U 10NVMe with 1TB RAM, Dual Epyc 7502 CPU, 2x 3.2Tb Micron 9300 MAX, 8x 3.84TB Micron 9300 Pro, 2x Mellanox Connect-X4 LX with dual port 25GbE cards for under $25k/server.

still this is not cheap, especial if you need at least 3 servers for ceph cluster, we are planing to get refurbished hardware (it worked very well in the past years)
