I am trying to transfer a large amount of data but the server is capped at 30 mbps up and i cant get it to go faster it is a vm on vcenter 7 a esxi host 6.5 the vm has 3 vcpus and 3gb of ram but the transfer is not even touching the cpu or ram i increased the ram to 10 and no difference i have turned off all hardware offload and i have turned of smb file signing but i cant get it to go faster than 30mbps i am running windows 11 beta on the machine i want to transfer too

It has never done this before like i have always been able to get almost 900 mbps from this server and now it is not doing so hot and it is something with the network transfer it self it is not the drives array or anthign like that becuase i did a network disk check and the check said the array could do 1 gb so i dont know if it was a windows update that screwed something up or what
