Why are Vega 56 and Vega 64 prices so close?

I'm totally intrigued by the Vega 64 single precision tflops. I checked pricing and it looks like you can get a Vega 64 for around $520 Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX VEGA 64 | eBay but the Vega 56 is around $450 MSI AMD Radeon RX VEGA 56 Reference | eBay

Why would you get a Vega 56 if the 64 is only $70 more? 20% more performance per slot for $70? What am I missing here? Are these like the same for crypto? If I'm making an AI or crypto rig then 20% more per GPU is easily worth $70 since that's one less GPU per 5.

It is really 99.999 percent the same hardware, the only difference is how the gpu dies are binned.

It cost exactly the same to make a rx vega 64 gpu chip as it does a 56.

Works the same as cpu's, some dies have errors on the cpu cores that cause some to not work correctly so those cores are turned off and the cpu is sold as a less expensive and lower core count cpu.
