Drive in Question is an Intel DC3610 200gb.

HD Sentinel says 6070 errors reported during write to device. Health = 70%

Intel SSD Toolbox reports zero errors and it passed extended diags without any errors.

Crystal Disk Info reports 100% health and zero power on hours.

I have in the past doubted what HD Sentinel reports. Does it lie?

Intel drive I would usually prioritize information from the Intel Toolbox.

You have to make sure that HDSentinel is reading the Smart codes properly. Sometimes they incorrectly tag certain codes with the wrong category.

If we were talking mechanical hard drives I would trust HD Sentinel but because we're talking solid state drives I would trust Intel more.
