I need:
My choices are: m5014 or sun 375-3536 (adaptec asr-5805) or intel SGXPCIESAS (also adaptec asr-5805). OR maybe can some one point me to something I did not consider?

- passthrough (?? - I don't know how to name this: attached disk is visible to OS without any settings in controller - so no raid 0 etc.)
- less than 200$ with international shipping to europe
- at least 8 ports
- raid-5
