When do Ivy Bridge Quad E5's and E7's come out?

AFAIK quad-socket Ivy-Bridge E5 should be released sometime in Q1/2014. The question is when they become really available...

But single-socket Xeons have been already released even with Hasswell-core (E3/v3) ! Honestly, I too do not understand why Intel releases first entry-level, and then you have to wait quite long time till middle-/high-end Xeons for multi-socket systems (with same architecture) come...

Its a good way to test new tech on mass scale prior to introducing it to enterprise environments that need to be extremely stable.

Except Haswell is not so new tech, just a little updated IvyBridge (which in turn is just a "polished" SandyBridge). It is not such a big step like i.e. Netburst->Core, or Core->Nehalem...

Moreover, Haswell has been sufficiently tested in consumer- (and entry-level server) products. Haswell-based i3/i5/i7 and Xeon E3/v3 have been released ~half year ago...
