What to do with these 2 servers?

I have two 4xIntel Xeon E7-4850 servers with 40 cores and 256GB of ram in each @ 2.0GHz. I picked them up for $800 on ebay each so I got a really good deal for them. The bad thing is I'm a server horder so I just buy because the prices are cheap but I have no idea what do to with them. I have some colocation space in Dallas and in LA I'm thinking of maybe making a cloud platform and providing some cloud storage.

The servers aren't really fast enough to use for game hosting or SSD vps hosting or anything like that so the cloud is really the only thing I can think of. I have some 2TB SATA 6g/b drives and even some SSD drives but eh just cant really think of what to do with 2.0GHz.

What do you guys think?

I ended up turning them into storage platforms using proxmox cloud. Still working on them as of now but for the most part the performance is well.
