Hm I used an unsupported 1620v3 but maybe that's closer to the 26xx than your's. Any chance to get a regular 26xxv3? But if checking GPU is quicker then start with that o/c

Probably just going to run over to microcenter and buy a 2620v3/monitor/gpu. Only card I have on hand is a Titan X Pascal and it won't fit into the riser card 1 x16 top slot due to power connector orientation.
Its's somewhere in between... honestly a life saver and consistently beat Amazon on processor and drive pricing. Definitely not somewhere I can test in store though.
Recently they were running a special (new) on:
1TB 850 Pro's = $329 ea
1.2TB Intel 750 AIC = $739 (4 months ago)
400 GB Intel 750 AIC = $239
More than 18 months ago (before I discovered this slippery slope you guys call a community forum) I bought 2x E5-2620V3's for my very first server build for $329 each... looks like I'll be coughing up $399 for this one (unless I find a seller for them to pricematch).
Paying retail for low end Xeons and buying a monitor for a VGA port.... WHAT A TREAT!!
