Hi guys!

I'm in my third year now, and in one of the courses i'm taking we are allowed to take a certification that my uni will pay for. and i was wondering what you guys think is the best one?

I was thinking of the CompTIA, but is this necessary when i'm done as a network engineer?

We have the entire list at View all programs :: Pearson VUE to choose from, if i can't decide on something good i might as well take the crossfit certification (just kidding)

I have a juniper ex2200c at home, but i've heard that the junos cert is kind of basic, and that the cisco one is the one to get.
All of this is making my head spin, haha.

Thanks for any answers guys! This was my goto place to ask for help!

Security of some kind is always a good thing to have in your back pocket, as are Linux admin courses etc. Cisco courses that count towards your CCNP/ CCVP/ CCIE etc always look good on the resume as well :)
