W680-ACE - Windows Workstation Edition useful for Unbuffered ECC Memory?

Hi,

I am coming from a dual Xeon HP Z8 G4 with Windows 10 for Workstations. I am now moving to an ASUS WS W680-ACE with a 14900K and 64GB Unbuffered ECC memory.

Question is do I still need Windows 10 for Workstations for this configuration to use the ECC memory to full potential, or can I use Win 10 Pro from now on? Any benefits for either? It will be used for workstation stuff for my business rather than a server.

ECC is not OS version specific. You can use the home edition if you want.
