Vsphere: VLANs & Distributed Switch Port Groups

Having trouble trunking one of my VLANs into my Vsphere Cluster.

Fairly basic setup.
2x ESX 6.5 hosts w/ 2 NICs
Internal network is on vlan 1 Untagged
IOT network on vlan 11 tagged, not tagged to vmware ports.
Onboarding network vlan 200, tagged to vmware ports.

Any ideas on what I am missing? Screenshots below

Yes just a typo on my end, but its the vlan 200 onboarding network that I am having issues with.

Well it hit me that im not using an L3 switch and needed to tag the new network on my uplink back to my router where the vlan is defined.

I knew i was doing something stupid :/
