vSphere 7 - Storage adapter: Status "unknown"

All you VMware experts, I need help!

I have 2 SuperMicro servers:
VSAN: SYS-1028U-TNRTP+ and
non-VSAN: SYS-1028R-WTRT.
Both have HBA LSI 9300-8i
Status for Storage Adapter is showing "Unknown" even though the inbox native driver is used.

esxcli software vib list | grep msgpt3

Have you checked the logs?

Nope, coz it’s happening on a total of 5 servers

I hear you.
I’ve opened a case w VMware, they have the logs.
All the hardware is on the HCL.
