My MCP2221a came with a 20-pin 2.54mm pin header which I cut to length and soldered to the board. Then just use Premium Female/Female Jumper Wires - 40 x 12in (300mm) Should be 30cm for some maneuvring room.

I'm able to mod Dell T7820 to work with 8259CL by this guide. Huge thanks to RolloZ170 for the guide and program.
Here is the parts I ordered.
Adafruit MCP2221A Breakout
STEMMA QT / Qwiic JST SH 4-pin to Premium Male Headers Cable - 150mm Long
Premium Female/Female Jumper Wires - 20 x 12" (300mm)
The hardest part is to take out the motherboard from the chassis and soldering the pin to the board. As mentioned in the guide the ground hole is blocked by copper. I end up just solder the two pin from the back and leave the gnd pin on the copper blocked hole (I don't have 0.8mm drill bit around).
For T7280 it's PJPP1 by the memory slot.

The cable is color coded you just need 3 of them.
Once its connected with USB boot to the BIOS and run the commands:
MCP2221a_iccmax_FF.exe -PXE1610C 60
MCP2221a_iccmax_FF.exe -PXE1610C 62
Reboot and put in the CPU.

must be in the chipset area ( J5D2 @ S2600WFT ) but maybe similar label.
locate the PXE1610C and use a multimeter with the beep function.
hi. i found pinout , "J2J2" , direct going to the 8/9 connection SDA/SCL on PXE1610C.

have you powered the board ? with CPUs and which ?
probably you have entered wrong address(es), you cannot expect the same addresses as used by S2600BP,S2600WFT
install MCP2221Terminal and scan the bus for devices.
bus scan 7 bit, start 00 end 7f
after that provide screenshot again.
