Very slow IPMI - Megarac SP web interface

Has anyone seen an extremely slow Megarac SP web interface? I have a board in the lab that will let me log in but it takes minutes for the pages to load.

Hard to troubleshoot given the time clicks take.

Will be reaching out to the vendor soon but given time differences thought someone here may have resolved a similar problem.

Verified nothing dumb on host in the way? AV seems to like to crap on management interfaces. Also cable direct worst case to rule anything else out.

Duplicate IP address? It happens, and that's a common symptom.
