    Uh yeah. so after the split and an the xmr-stak upgrade, my vega (all 64's) will NOT stay up. JJ's script runs fine, but STAK just flat out hangs up. The machine doesn't freeze, and I can kill STAK and restart. The most I've gotten this week is MAYBE 6 hours up.

    Anyone else see this too?

    I used OverDriveNTool.exe to undervolt and underclock.
    I added 50mv to CPU core and 25mv to Ram , it is been running fine since April 5

    GPU_P7=1408;900
    Mem_P3=1100;875

    The new monero v7 algorithm made the miner sweat a little harder.

    Dumb question.

    You enabled soft power play reg ?
    Check the power draw from the wall, is it similar power usage prior to Monero fork.

    Yupyup. No change, running JJ's script. Not sure if the draw is similiar, but I've got plenty of power for those guys. ( 1 850 and a 1200w)

    I just cannot keep them up, while my R9's are rock solid. Time for the auction block.

    Well I'm mostly stable now. Had to REALLY reduce both the intensity and the overclock. I'm stable at about 1850/card

    From what I've heard with the new algo, that's REALLY good if that's your hash rate. CPUs mostly get around 60% new vs. old, and GPUs around 75%. Haven't been mining for awhile so I don't have personal experience on this though...

    Update, still more or less stable. xmr-stak generally crashes flat out. the restart scripts don't really help anymore, so it's a LOT more babysitting.

    Finally got my vega rig back online after my move. I have updated xmr-stak to the latest, and im getting 2000/card with no changes at all.

    I need to change my autoswitcher code to deal with the new stak, thats a project for next weekend.

    Actually 1 change but not to the miner/config, my miner is in my garage, that has 3 220 plugs :) My 4 vega rig is drawing 8 amps, using soft tables etc. Thats's according to my tripplite pdu.
