Used Enterprise SSD Price skyrocket

Does anyone notice the price of used enterprise SSD is about double to what it was in 2019 ??
I need to get 8 more 800Gb ssd to expand my array and was surprised at the current market prices.
Is this caused by the same issue as the other computer part shortage ??

Didn’t notice SSD. But memory is on its way up next few months.

Its kinda crazy how used and refurbished server parts increase in pricing atm. Many times buying it new is cheaper than buying used articles... except for very old parts. Exception seem to be SSD, where the prices are quite high for 240GB+ enterprise SSDs.

I din't watch normal ssd prices, just hgst 1.6TB husmm drives on ebay and they are pretty stable the last 9 months in the eu.

3 months ago I got a HGST SMR 3.2TB for 230USD, that should be plenty for a while
But yeah, prices has increased. Especially RAM and storage. CPU's and motherboards are cheaper though. Network equipment about the same.
