USB or TB3 to U.2 ?

Something like that is very much a niche product and given how much power U.2 drives can use, you'd really want something with active cooling.

There are plenty of USB3 or TB3 to NVME, having trouble finding an adapter for U.2

Icy has one that keeps getting pushed back:

Have a camera that records to U.2 drives, need a small/cable solution to use in the field, not a whole TB3 PCIe expansion slot box.

Seems like it should exist.
I have just spoken to them a few days ago regarding the MB931. It is projected to be released by January. Looks cool tbh

That’s not bad, very useful for random stuff, I wonder if it will allow all the feature like formatting and so on, I can’t see why not but I don’t know much about USB to PCIe bridges
