You do realize that this stuff is worth at least $1k usd and up to $2k depending on where you sell it, right?
Untested and a bunch of different brands and speeds? I looked at a few lots of ddr3 sold on ebay and large ones did not go for that much, selling one stick or groups of four or whatever would be a bunch of time and effort and shipping costs. I'm really not comfortable charging for stuff that I don't know functions and I'm certainly not buying a ddr3 motherboard to spend weeks cycling all the sticks through memtest.

DDR3 was under 20 cents/GB and now is far more than that. Whoever is getting this stuff from you surely will be reselling it. At even just a $1/GB, it's over a $1k usd of stuff. If you want to give it away that's fine, but know that someone will be profiteering off of it.

16GB RDIMMs aren't going to make me anywhere near $1/GB after shipping and eBay fees, plus I've tried to get around to listing this stuff several times and just never got to it, it's just not going to happen, so either someone else can do the work and make some money or I can pay to e-waste it.

Must be nice when $1-2k is "some". :p
After fees, shipping, returns and stuff it would be not that much, I see auctions for smaller lots that went for $0.50/GB and there are examples like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/168377689601

I have a lot of projects and not enough free time, there's no way I'm going to get around to selling this stuff before it's back to worthless again, either it goes now or I stuff it behind some boxes again and find it when we're finding deals on 4TB sticks of DDR7.

I hear you. Hence why having one of the local recyclers come get it and give you 20 cents/gb would be some cash for you considering the amount of GB you have.
