Got 1. More than 2 years HP warranty remaining.
Thinking about the enterprise m.2 nvme and m.2 sata of size 2280. But most of the m.2 nvme with power-loss-protection on ebay are 22110.

It is back as new for $290 + $18 shipping or buyer's offer. The seller is "laptopsforles".
The same seller has new stocks with same price and shipping fee and obo.

I think the T740 is on the retiring process like the T730 4 years ago.

$95 + $23.64 shipping, but the seller hasn't mentioned power supply unit, I think it has no PS.

$100 + $23.64 shipping, but the seller hasn't mentioned power supply unit, I think it has no PS. Same seller as above. I don't know what is the difference between this one and previous one.

It totally is. Raven Ridge family APUs can't pass Win11 compliance, so if you need Win11 Embedded/LTSC 2024, well, you'll need new hardware, like the t755 Elite thin client with their Zen2 based cores.
That being said, I am not sure if the t755 are even getting to the channel partners yet, so my guess is that this is more of the result of site liquidation than a like-for-like replacement. The same seller have 5 listings for the t740, and I got the feeling he/she have no idea what is being sold here.
If it's a t740 model with Wifi/BT it'll have an option port with antenna connectors, and the M.2 A+E slot (under the coin battery)
will be populated with the Wifi/BT card (usually an Intel 9260)

The photos on all 5 listings show the port as being unpopulated and the option port contains the serial port module, and some seems to show the Allied Telesis AT29 Fiber NIC with the LC connectors (it's only a Broadcom Tigon, so don't get excited).

The top panel is removable and should give you the serial number and a product #. Ask the seller for the product number (P/N) since you'll be able to use it to look up the actual specs. if the specs don't match the listings you might be able to hammer the seller for a better deal.

As for the power supply, it's a standard 7.0x4.5mm center positive HP "blue-tip" PSU. You just need one that's 90w, they are fairly cheap.
The HP USB-PD option card (L42726-000/L42725-001) for the t540/640 is probably not compatible with this one.
