Ladies and gentlemen!

MZ32-AR0 for 143 euros
MZ32-AR1 for 179 euros

I really have no idea if I should trust those or not :/

Those don't actually seem to be that bad in terms of PCIe Slots (no Riser needed) :).

I/O Shield might be another Matter though :p.

Considering it's LESS than half of what I could find on a quick search on eBay, I'm a bit skeptical though.

The store has high ratings and is ~6 months old, but there is one recent review that claims it's a scam...
I did jump in but I no suspect it may very well be a scam :(

Not vouching for the seller (at least until I receive my order), but it doesn't feel like a scam. Only a few items are underpriced, and they were corrected yesterday when the seller was told about it. My guess is that he missed those but will likely not stay at this price long. Scammers typically sell all their products at a large discount.

Man, finding rails for these guys has been rough. Can't find any tyan rails that I can see...

Thinking it's time to take the burr to my generic rails to see if I can make them work.. Anyone have any luck with rails?
There has been a few listings of the rails on ebay, but im not using any as the full units so did not buy any.

Theserverstore also offered these with rails included but seem to have sold out of the server, they might have some extra rails left.

I pulled the trigger on MZ32-AR1 + 7F52 for 190 euros + VAT that is a steal.

That's my first experience with EPYC so hope it will go well :)

I'm taking the same risks with y'all, but I'd really like to urge caution.
I've been on the receiving end of some scams coming out of China.
Please don't spend money you can't lose until we at least have someone confirm we received something legit.
I'd hate to be responsible for leading others after me if none of these are real...

Personally i would not consider aliexpress a risk on losing money on it for ordering something like this.
Unlike most platforms it is fully escrowed, so if you do not get what you ordered there is no money released to the seller that they can run off with.
So there is not really the same incentives as on other platforms to not deliver.

But you do risk getting stuck with just a refund and no board tho, and that potential delay for any build you expected to use it in as you need to source a new.

Did someone else order from that seller? While my first order with the original listing shipped straight away, my second order with that one is still marked as "to ship". I suspect it is the same seller though not sure. And the listing is still open for orders, the discount expires in a few hours (I can see that about a dozen orders have been placed since it was advertised here).

Yeah, my order from this seller is in the same state. I hope they're going to send it and not cancel...

Seems normal to me. I have another order from a different shop (screws so it's legit) and it's also marked as being prepared.

Package left collection warehouse (whatever that means). It claims shipping via EMS and there is a tracking number.

Now to hunt for a cooler, psu, chassis and pcie risers :D

I also decided to order an MZ32-AR1 + 7742 + 4x 16GB 3200R DDR4 for a total of 372€ + VAT. I'll keep you posted of what I receive. The prices seem to be back to normal now, without the New Year's price offer.

Package going through customs so it's probably EMS and not china post. Whether it's an empty box or not is another issue.

But I will stop posting the parcel status until I get the box.

Just checked and prices are quite high! I guess I have to wait until a new offer. Now I wonder, you buy the CPU separate from the motherboard right? (Like there is no bundle for Mobo + CPU)

There were bundles, but don't hold your breath. I am pretty sure it was a mispricing from the seller. Those kind of great deals rarely come from those large chinese recyclers.
