There are quite a few different versions of these motherboards up for sale on ebay, somehow I found the chinese factory and sent them an email with some basic questions. This was the reply I got:

• we provide 2.4B version

Apparently the boards that can be bought on ebay for $160 can be bought in bulk for as low as $83 however they do not support Intel VT-d according to a seller's response.

I hope this thread can provide information to those who are looking into buying such a mobo.
