Ubuntu 16.04.3 with Intel Atom C3000 Series Denverton

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is widely used. If you want to install it on a system with the Intel Atom C3000 series Denverton parts, there are two options:
  1. Install as normal. Install new Intel networking drivers. Setup networking using the onboard Intel X553 / X557 NICs
  2. Use the HWE Kernel. Here is the option if you are using the Ubuntu 16.04.3 server ISO:
