TYAN S8236 server mainboard fails to start up.

Hello. I have a TYAN S8236 server mainboard which I would like to play around with.
I have it connected to a powersupply I modyfied myself to meet its requirements.
I have two green leds showing up, as shown on the pdf file attatched. Grenn light.....
The pins 11 and 13 on the "frontpanel connector" are jumped as shown on the pdf file attatched, jumper.pdf.
Acording to the manual, a section of it is attatched as Front panel Connector....

Does anybody have a idea about where I fail.

Hello, I see now this post shoul not be here but in "DIY Server and Workstation Builds". I have not figured out how to move to post or delete it.
I will post it also in "DIY...." and hopefully be able to figrure the deleting part out soon.
