file for BMC flash is *.hpm
i am surprised it accepts a zip file.
if i do that on ASRock Rack LGA4677 intel platform i can't flash BIOS anymore because this process need a functional ME/SPS machine working in the chipset. maybe AMD have similar situation and you need to flash with SPI programmer(test clamp or soldering)

I dont see a .hpm - and to clear up confusion i flashed the bios .rom file via the webui, thats what i meant

ok, seems tyan don't use hpm file on AMD like at Intel systems.
the hpm file has a header and checksum to be sure no data corruption occoured at transfer.
anyway. try to flash with programmer.

first: check the manual for BIOS recovery instructions (the xxx.CAP file)
Flashing through the Webinterface seemingly works but changes nothing

the XXXX.cap method seema to be initlializing but i never get a bios tecovery screen afterwards and just the same DEAD 0000 CCCC loop

i am out of idea except flash the SOP16 BIOS chip with SPI programmer (e.g. ch341a)
maybe there is a SPI header near the BIOS chip.

I flashed the bios using SPI but it still looops at DEAD 0000 CCCC

I also verified the bios and it seems flashed correctly even before that so the bios most likely isnt the culprit

I know this maybe old.. But can someone please, please tell me how to fix the FAN issue? It simply does not speed up. I have to set to 40 or 50 percent, so when I mine or play games it wont start beeping, and even at 50, it beeps, unless I set full blast... How can I make it ramp up automatically?

Rome. 7F52 .

Looking into the 4 pin connector and where its connected.

Thanks.

OK, its water block pump connected to J34 and its a 4 pin connector.
If I pull the connector, the alarm goes off and the fans GO FULL BLAST, if I reconnected it, it goes back to normal speed.

Wouldn't you want the water pump itself to be constant RPM, and then PWM control the radiator fan? Is the water pump the only thing connected to J34, or do you have J34 connected to one of the rad fans first, and daisy-chaining from there to a 3-pin pump?
