Anybody familiar with these UPSes? Curious if they're silent at idle/on wall power.

My floor unit needs its batteries replaced, and the cost to do that is ~50 percent of just buying a new 750w Eaton SMART1500LCDXNC.

But my floor mount unit is silent when it's not on battery, and since this is my bedroom office, that's a critical feature for me -- especially in a 9U rack under my desk.

Any experience with this one?

It's rebranded Eaton. I have the same one I bought 6 years ago, and it's still running on the original batteries (used ones at the time)
It's dead silent and helps my core IT stuff survive frequent but short power outages.
